2. Transaction Processing
Orders are processed within 5 to 15 minutes under normal operations. However, processing may take longer during bank/wallet maintenance or unexpected technical issues.
User Accuracy: You are responsible for providing correct mobile banking numbers (bKash/Nagad) and wallet IDs (USDT, Perfect Money, Payeer, etc.). We are not liable for funds sent to incorrect accounts provided by the user.
3. Anti-Fraud & Verification (YMYL Policy)
We strictly prohibit money laundering, fraudulent activities, or illegal transactions.
We reserve the right to request identity verification (NID, Passport, or Selfie) if we suspect suspicious activity before completing an exchange.
4. Rates & Fees
Exchange rates are dynamic and subject to market fluctuations. The rate at the exact time of order placement will apply.
Transaction fees charged by payment gateways (e.g., bKash cash-out fees or network gas fees) are to be borne by the user unless specified otherwise.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once a transaction is completed and funds are sent to your provided account, it cannot be reversed or refunded.
If an order is canceled before completion due to user error or system issues, a refund will be processed minus any third-party gateway charges.

7. Anti-Money Laundering (AML) & Know Your Customer (KYC)
âWe reserve the right to freeze any transaction and request KYC (NID/Passport verification) if an order appears suspicious or violates security protocols.
âProviding fake details or using stolen bKash/Nagad accounts will lead to a permanent ban and reporting to cyber-crime law enforcement agencies in Bangladesh.
8.User Error & Incorrect Details
âUsers are solely responsible for providing accurate mobile banking numbers (bKash/Nagad) or wallet addresses (USDT, Webmoney, Redotpay, etc.).
9. Non-Reversible Transactions & Refund Policy
âOnce a digital exchange order is processed and funds are sent to the user's provided wallet/number, it is final and non-refundable.
âUnprocessed orders canceled due to system errors or user requests will be refunded after deducting third-party gateway/processing fees.
